Herb's BBQ started as I purchased my first smoker on sale for $120. My wife told me I had to use the smoker at least 5 times to make it worth the purchase. I don't think she knew what she was getting into. I assembled it in the living room of our small apartment and began learning immediately. I smoked something new every chance I got - ribs, pork butts, briskets, chicken wings, and more. My wife and I ate so much BBQ that summer we could explode. I began cooking for cookouts, holidays, and soon started catering events for friends and family. Today Herb's BBQ has evolved into an official catering business serving top BBQ throughout central Pennsylvania.
